Janine McWilliams, CEBS

Vice President, Employee Benefits

Janine McWilliams has an extensive background in employee benefit consulting with a large national consulting firm. She brings more than 20 years of health & welfare knowledge and expertise to our team. As an employee benefit consultant, Janine’s focus and concentration is centered on mid-to-large group clients, encompassing all facets of insurance – group health (both fully-insured as well as partially self-funded, consumer-driven models), group dental, ancillary, voluntary benefits, and wellness programs.

As a former Human Resources Director, Janine’s background in HR and employee benefits provides a 360-degree perspective to providing creative solutions to clients. Her expertise in both areas is critical to the depth and breadth of her ability to guide her clients through the complexities of healthcare, population management, wellness initiatives, risk mitigation, market trends, claims analytics, and plan design.

Janine is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds life, accident & health licenses in all New England states. Janine is also the co-founder of the Bonfiglio Foundation, a non-profit organization providing scholarships to deserving candidates pursuing a career in either the performing arts or education.

Account Executive, Property & Casualty

John Papanastasiou brings an impressive background and skill-set to our Property & Casualty Insurance team.  John’s 25+ years of industry knowledge and experience as an agency owner, branch manager and seasoned sales professional enables a well-rounded approach to crafting creative solutions for our clients.  John’s business portfolio includes both commercial and personal property expertise.  John’s proficiency and background with niche industry corporate clientele enhance our scope and range of capabilities and are an asset to our growing team.

John is a graduate of Boston College and is a Lynn native currently residing in Salem.  John holds Property & Casualty licenses in Massachusetts, NH, and Connecticut as well as a Notary Public.  John is actively involved with various youth soccer programs on the North Shore.

Account Specialist

Patti is a resourceful client advocate and brings 20+ years of administrative customer service expertise to our team.  Patti’s diverse background and broad skill set is the foundation of our growing organization.  Patti’s current role includes account management, complex plan administration workflow, technical support using in-house proprietary software and supporting our sales team with vendor management, proposal prep and various mission-critical responsibilities.

Patti is a “go to” resource for our team.  Patti provides superior customer service to our clients and continually fosters long-term business relationships with peers, colleagues and insurance carriers.

Patti has been with the Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association since July 2013.

Account Manager, Property & Casualty

Solin brings Property & Casualty expertise and leadership qualities to our growing team. Solin’s well established knowledge and skill set continues to build successful business relationships with clients, insurance carriers and team members.  In her role as Account Manager for both Commercial and Personal Business, Solin interacts with multiple insurance carriers regarding property, flood, worker’s compensation, home & auto, general liability and a multitude of various property coverages. Solin is detailed oriented and well organized. Solin keeps our clients educated and informed and follows through with timely responses. Solin enjoys working in a thriving team atmosphere and works closely with our Property & Casualty Account Executive as well as other team members. Solin’s “can do” attitude and problem-solving disposition is integral to our team and our clients.

Solin holds Property & Casualty License in MA and is also a Notary Public.

Account Manager, Employee Benefits

Arthur Gomez joins our team as an Account Manager in our Employee Benefits practice.  Arthur has an extensive background with insurance product knowledge, contract language and systems implementation and migration.  As a tech savvy benefits analyst, Arthur can troubleshoot complex claims issues to resolution while providing excellent customer service to our clients.  Arthur is an integral team member and has quickly become our “go to” resource to our growing team.

Arthur enjoys working with our employee benefit clients and is a champion advocate. Arthur possesses a unique skillset by utilizing his bilingual communication skills to ensure that information is provided in a prompt and complete manner.  When interacting with Arthur, his drive for excellence is apparent.

As a pillar in a support role, Arthur will be assisting the Vice President and account team to provide exceptional client satisfaction while building long term business relationships with insurance carriers and vendors alike.

Arthur is a graduate of Salem State University and holds a Massachusetts Life, Accident and Health Broker’s License.
