Nancy Siopes

Nancy Siopes, MBA, CPCU, CIC, CRM, AAI

President, MHA Solutions
Vice President, Operations, MHA

Nancy oversees both MHA’s insurance agency and its operations departments, including finance, education, IT, facilities, and human resources. She is also responsible for oversight of MHA’s new Conference Center.

In her first two years at the helm of MHA Solutions, Nancy overhauled and brought the insurance agency to state-of-the-art capability within its organizational structure, streamlined operations, and expanded both coverage offerings and customer services to MHA members.

Prior to her work at MHA, Nancy held several senior positions within the finance and insurance industries. She is an MBA graduate of Western New England College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Northeastern University, both with high honors.

Janine McWilliams

Vice President, Employee Benefits

Janine McWilliams has an extensive background in employee benefit consulting with a large national consulting firm. She brings more than 20 years of health & welfare knowledge and expertise to our team. As an employee benefit consultant, Janine’s focus and concentration is centered on mid-to-large group clients, encompassing all facets of insurance – group health (both fully-insured as well as partially self-funded, consumer-driven models), group dental, ancillary, voluntary benefits, and wellness programs.

As a former Human Resources Director, Janine’s background in HR and employee benefits provides a 360-degree perspective to providing creative solutions to clients. Her expertise in both areas is critical to the depth and breadth of her ability to guide her clients through the complexities of healthcare, population management, wellness initiatives, risk mitigation, market trends, claims analytics, and plan design.

Janine is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds life, accident & health licenses in all New England states. Janine is also the co-founder of the 27th Lancers Foundation, a non-profit organization providing scholarships to deserving candidates pursuing a career in either the performing arts or education.

Vice President, Property & Casualty

With more than 25 years of consulting experience, Deb Steeves provides creative solutions along with a comprehensive understanding of the insurance requirements that her client base of highly successful individuals requires.

Deb’s background includes ownership of a Property and Casualty Agency as well as managing VIP clients with a large national brokerage firm. Deb’s portfolio, which is built on referrals, is a testimonial to the confidence clients have in her ability to safeguard their business and personal property and other assets. Because of the breadth and depth of Deb’s expertise, she has a proficiency to obtain protection for all types of unusual and extraordinary insurance needs.

Deb attended Lesley University and is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Valentino Beaulieu

Account Manager, Employee Benefits

Valentino Beaulieu joins our Employee Benefits service team as an experienced professional with an extensive skillset for improving customer service and strengthening daily operations. Valentino’s background includes support and analysis positions held with various sales and marketing organizations.

Valentino’s wide-ranging qualifications has enabled him to successfully contribute in a variety of ways including improved client relations, data research and benefit cost analysis, technilogical profficiency, vendor management and account management support. Valentino is our “go to” resource for our team.

In a support role, Valentino is responsible for working closely with the Vice President and the account team to ensure a positive client experience by providing excellent customer service while cultivating trusted relationships with our clients.

Valentino lives in Burlington, MA with his family and holds a Massachusetts Life, Accident & Health license and is currently furthering his studies to acquire the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.

Mary McKenna is a versatile administrator and client advocate with 10-plus years of experience in both the non-profit and for profit environment. She excels in maximizing efficiencies, creating effective workflow processes, and delivering unparalleled customer service. Mary’s unique and wide-ranging skill set has enabled her to successfully contribute to a variety of roles within our organization, including account management, complex plan administration, proposal preparation, and technical support to our clients using in-house proprietary software. Mary’s knowledge and proficiency has become a “go to” resource for our entire team. Mary has been with the organization since August 2009.
